2. Glue application: Different specifications of glue dispensing machines can be selected according to the size of the material being bonded. The glue has excellent extrusion performance and can be adjusted
Setting the relevant parameters of the dispensing machine can ensure uniform and fast dispensing, and smooth joints.
3. Suggested curing temperature and time: 130 ℃ * half an hour in an oven with air circulation or 170 ℃ * 5 minutes in a tunnel furnace.
4. Please use at room temperature to prevent high temperatures. After the product is taken out of the cold storage (refrigerator), avoid opening it immediately,
It should be left at room temperature for at least 4 hours before opening and using.
To maintain the normal quality of the adhesive, please store it in the refrigerator frozen (-20-0 ℃); Shelf life of 6 months
Notes:
After the glue application is completed, any unused products should be immediately sealed and stored by tightening the cap. When reusing, if there is a slight crust on the sealing area, it can be removed without affecting normal use.
2. Substances such as sulfur and phosphorus compounds, plasticizers, organotin compounds, ammonia or amine curing agents, heavy metals and their complexes may hinder the curing of the adhesive; Avoid contact with such materials during use to prevent quality abnormalities.
To avoid contaminating the original adhesive, do not pour any used adhesive back into the original packaging
