1. Plane bonding and sealing of various mechanical equipment.
2. Sealing, fixing, and shock resistance of electronic components, such as high-voltage packets, intermediate circuits, electrical plugs, rectifier tubes, and capacitor joint protection.
3. Bonding and sealing of high-voltage components, sensors, transformers, and high-voltage terminals.
4. Bonding of objects such as metal, glass, ceramics, semiconductor devices, plastics, etc.
5. Sealing of high-temperature ovens, steam irons, and industrial high-temperature pipelines.Usage:
1. Clean the surface of the adhered or coated material, removing rust, dust, oil stains, etc.
2. First, put on the glue nozzle, then cut it into the required size, and then squeeze the glue solution onto the cleaned surface to make it evenly distributed (thickness not exceeding 6mm). Close and fix the adhesive surface.
3. Place the coated parts in the air and cure at room temperature for 24 hours before putting them into use.
Notes:
1. Curing requires moist air, which may take a longer time in situations where the bonding area is large.
2. After use, please tighten the cap tube to prevent the gel inside the tube from solidifying. If there is solidified material at the pipe mouth, remove the solidified material and use it as usual..
3. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Please rinse immediately with soapy water after skin contact. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If discomfort persists, seek medical examination.
4. If using a dispensing machine for glue application, it is recommended to soak the dispensing needle in a container containing silicone oil at the end or interruption of the operation to prevent solidification and blockage of the needle. When working again, remove a small amount of glue from the needle.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place below 30 ℃, with a shelf life of 6 months.
