usage method:
1. Measurement: Before use, mix component A thoroughly and accurately weigh it. Add component B accurately according to the standard ratio, and adjust it appropriately according to actual operating conditions.
2. Stirring: Add component B to the container containing component A and mix evenly immediately. After addition, component B must be immediately sealed well.
3. Pouring: Pour the evenly mixed adhesive into the product that needs to be sealed as soon as possible.
4. The cured and sealed parts are placed at room temperature for curing. After initial curing, they can enter the next process, and complete curing takes 10-24 hours.When component A is stored for a long time, it may settle or stratify. Therefore, before each mixing, component A needs to be stirred manually or mechanically. Component B should be shaken thoroughly in a sealed state before use.
When it is necessary to attach to the application material, please confirm whether it can be attached before use.
3. The proportion of adhesive can be controlled at 100:10 ± 1 according to the actual situation. Increasing the B component can accelerate the curing speed and reduce the operating time; Reducing component B can lower the curing speed and prolong the operating time. But in terms of specific application time, experiments must be conducted first before deciding whether to increase or decrease. Excessive reduction may affect the non solidification of the mixed adhesive, or excessive increase may affect the poor performance of the adhesive (such as cracking or bubbles).
4. The higher the ambient temperature, the faster the curing process and the shorter the operating time (see figure below). It is generally not recommended to heat cure to avoid the formation of pinholes or bubbles on the surface and inside, which may affect the appearance and sealing performance.
Before using the same container for glue dispensing, the residue inside the container must be cleaned thoroughly.
After the preparation is completed, the remaining rubber material must be immediately resealed well. Do not pour excess prepared glue into the remaining glue container.
Sealed thicknesses below 20mm can naturally defoam without the need for additional defoaming. If the sealing thickness is large, pinholes or bubbles may appear on the surface and inside. Therefore, the mixed solution should be placed in a vacuum container and defoamed at 700mmHg for at least 5 minutes.
Storage:
1. When storing and transporting this product, it should be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.
The effective storage period of the product in a sealed state and at room temperature is 6 months. Overdue retesting, if it meets the standards, it can still be used.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place below 30 ℃, with a shelf life of 6 months.
